The Kasbahn
Joel and the guys at The Kasbahn have built an excellent analogue and digital studio out in the leafy and inspiring area of Alderley Edge. We've been down to see them at work and as great supporters of new music they've been super generous and offered a prize of 1 WEEKS FREE STUDIO TIME!!! That's 70 hours of top quality recording!
The Kasbahn, located in the rolling Cheshire Plains is available for hire, complete with engineer and producer. Their 620 square foot facility benefits from extensive bespoke acoustic consideration and treatment. Not only have they got loads of fantastic gear for audio capture, but they've got an incredible environment in which to generate the quality tones in the first place.
The spacious control room, housing an Allen & Heath Saber desk and 24 track tape machine, can accommodate an entire band in plush comfort whilst the large live room offers variable acoustics and can be opened into The Chesterfield Suite, a relaxing chill out space complete with antique grand piano and wing back seating.
The Kasbahn offers the discerning musician 24 track analogue or digital recording, professional mixing and mastering in either analogue or digital.

Manchester SceneWipe are an online channel devoted to bringing together and uniting one of the world's greatest music scenes...Manchester. They've created a platform where the best local talent can be seen alongside the biggest acts in the world, with no boundaries of genre or status.
They are filming new bands every week all over the city both touring bands that visit Manchester and local undiscovered acts that catch their ears and need a video.

OFFER: 'The Source' Video Offer in conjunction with Bad Apple Productions Ltd
For the special discounted fee of £100 per video as negotiated between The Source & Bad Apple Productions the following Terms and Agreements have been set in place:
- No contractual agreement has been drawn between 'The Source' & Bad Apple Productions, rather, a negotiated discounted fee for a (maximum) four minute music video for 'The Source' registrants.
- Bad Apple will consult and film the band/artist in a rehearsal or live situation/gig (within the Manchester area) and will additionally take still photographs.
- This video and photographic work will then be edited with a sound track (provided by the band/artist)
- The band/artist must provide all logos, audio and credit information before filming commences
- The completed edited work (video) will then be made available to the band in an avi format (on disc) or if required sent digitally via the Internet.
- The edited work will be available within 3 working days of the filming (unless filming is carried out at the weekend)
- Bad Apple will film in HD quality
- Bad Apple will provide lighting if required at the rehearsal rooms but not at the live venue
- This discounted price (£100 per video) would have to be paid before filming commences on receipt of an invoice from Bad Apple Productions
- If a band/artists require further and more enhanced video work this work would be the sole responsibility of Bad Apple Productions and has no bearing on 'The Source's' special offer for registrants as detailed above.
