About Scarlletta: Formed in London in the Summer of 2010 Scarlletta is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with. The band's 'dirty pop rock' influenced by the likes of Transvision Vamp, Siouxsie Sue and Blondie ties together the classic 70s punk power of female fronted bands with the catchy synth orientated music of today. Scarlletta writes anthemic songs with strong stadium ready hooks. Their mission is simple: to bring live music, played by live musicians back into the UK charts. Scarlletta represented the UK last February in The Global Battle of the Bands and were flown to Malaysia to perform and compete against sixteen other bands from all over the world. They also headlined the CMJ Showcases at The Rockwood Musichall in New York in October last year, grabbing the attention of some of the biggest label execs stateside. Scarlletta are releasing their second EP 'Punch' in February and have set up an East Side US tour to celebrate.
