the band formed 5 years ago playing there own material {heavy metal} until the guitarist{ashly the gas man} died in a hang gliding accident in holland / they recruted a new one {mart the freedweed} through an add a local fish mongers / this inturn has chainged the style and sound of OVEN / its now more prog metal or as we call it EXSPERIMETAL/ now using strainge soung effects and backing tape's to create a fuller sound and to make the listener think about the song in a differant way than you would with your more average band / most songs are instremental andwe allso use projectors and lighting to create mood / there is no agenda to our sound whatever goes goes / its about sound and mood /not guitar solos and posing ALEX drums / GWYN bass / MART / guitar / IAN guitar n vocals / WE ARE OVEN ......GET INTO THE OVEN
