Bilingual Anglo-Welsh-American four-piece Howl Griff won acclaim for their eponymous Welsh-language debut album, described by The Word’s Graeme Thomson as “a truly lovely thing, full of sun and harmony” and by Clash magazine as the work of “a Welsh Brian Wilson”. The band have now recorded their debut English-language album The Hum, and single releases previewing the album – Crash & Burn and Devotion – have received multiple airplays on BBC 6 Music.
